Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is hiring a full-time Dishwasher for The Canyons in Castle Pines, Colorado. You will maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen and keep dishes, utensils, and equipment clean and organized under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Supervisor.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, a High School diploma or equivalent preferred, and a current Food Handlers Card.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Current Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep dishwashing area clean and orderly; understand food safety and sanitation in dishwashing.
• Scrape, wash dishes, glasses, pots and pans by hand or in dishwasher.
• Return dishes and equipment to storage areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors; clean tables, walls, refrigerators and blocks.
• Sort bottles and operate bottle crusher as needed.
• Assist kitchen and banquet staff as requested.
• Be aware of safety requirements and report unsafe situations to Supervisor.
