Job summary

Bluestar Resort & Golf is hiring a Dishwasher at IronOaks at Sun Lakes in Chandler/Sun Lakes, AZ. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe kitchen area and ensuring dishes and equipment are properly washed and stored.

The position requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, with standard full-time benefits for eligible staff. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and eligibility for the 401(k) plan after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 months’ related experience preferred.
• Current Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors about job tasks and responsibilities.
• Desire to contribute to a productive work environment with a positive attitude.
• Must be self-motivated, follow directions, and work independently with little supervision.
• Must be able to maintain high work standards with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Flexibility to include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen work area and keep equipment clean and organized.
• Wash dishes, glasses, pots and pans by hand or in the machine according to kitchen standards.
• Return dishes and equipment to storage areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and sanitize work surfaces.
• Assist with loading/unloading supplies as needed.
• Support kitchen and banquet staff as requested.
