Job Summary: The Director of Rehab supports the RM, RVP, and Operations Team to ensure the efficient operation of the facility's rehab department. Serving as the liaison between Functional Pathways, the facility, and rehab staff, the Director plays a crucial role in coordinating and integrating care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Must have an Associate (PTA or COTA) or a minimum of a Bachelor (PT, OT, or SLP) of Science degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure, which may vary by location.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, especially in geriatric care.
• Management experience in a skilled setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Competence in maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities.
