Middle Flint Health & Wellness in Fort Valley, GA is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional to support residents at our Residential Treatment Facility. You will help maintain a safe, structured environment for individuals with Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Disorders.

The role focuses on evening and weekend shifts, requires passing background and drug screening, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia driver's license.
• Experience working with individuals with Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Disorders.
• Computer literacy and the ability to complete documentation in the agency's clinical platform.
• Ability to work weekday evening and weekend schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain safety and security of residents during assigned shifts.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies.
• Monitor residents and their children's activities.
• Ensure residents follow their daily schedules.
• Complete required documentation in the agency's clinical platform.
• Transport individuals receiving services as needed while supporting a safe, structured environment.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Conocimientos

SUD/mental health experience
