Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least six months of experience in developmental disabilities or related fields preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Interact respectfully with individuals and support participation in home and community activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene.
• Promote health, monitor daily activities, and document changes.
• Safely transport individuals following safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment and assist with meals.
