Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support for individuals with disabilities.
• Promote independence through daily living activities.
• Assist in development and implementation of support plans.
• Ensure safety and well‑being of individuals.
• Encourage participation in home and community activities.
• Observe, document, and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications after certification and training.
• Assist with cooking, housekeeping, and cleaning.
• Maintain logs and records for individuals.
