Job Summary

We are seeking responsible, caring, and dedicated individuals to fill full‑time Direct Support Professional positions in Oakdale within a Personal Care Home.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care (bathing, shaving, dressing, oral hygiene, etc.)
• Provide a safe, healthy, and clean living environment
• Perform needed housekeeping duties
• Assist with activities of daily living: shopping, care of personal possessions, telephone use, social/leisure activities
• Observe for behavioral and physical changes and report as appropriate
• Contribute to the development of the treatment plan
• Maintain records for individuals following established documentation methods

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months’ experience working directly with individuals in a personal care setting
