Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support, helping clients live independently.

Paid training and opportunities for advancement are offered in a mission-driven, team-oriented environment. Flexible schedules (full-time or part-time), weekly pay, and a $1,000 signing bonus are available; starting pay ranges from $15.40 to $17 per hour,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with current auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks, driving record checks, and healthcare registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal prep, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support community participation, employment, and social activities; aid learning and communication.
• Encourage independence and help individuals develop new skills.
• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment.
• Communicate with Abound Health team members, families, and case managers as needed.
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
