Landis Communities is seeking a Dining Services Assistant Mentor in Lititz, PA. The role focuses on mentoring the dining team, training new staff, and maintaining service standards across multiple households and dining areas.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum two years' experience in related role required.
• Serv-Safe certification or obtain within six months of hire.
• Capable of working in various Dining Services roles/assignments.
• Good verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Mentors and trains dining team members in duties.
• Orients and provides feedback to new team members.
• Answers questions for dining team members as able.
• Flexible with assignments to various households or dining areas.
• Models correct procedures and processes for all areas.
• Monitors standards, logs and cleaning completion.
• Demonstrates a positive demeanor and acts as a role model.
• Exhibits leadership, facilitates communication, shows initiative and organization.
• Performs food preparation, production and portioning tasks.
• Operates POS and conducts retail transactions.
