Lead For America's American Connection Corps is recruiting for an in-person, full-time member position serving for 12 months across communities in the United States. Members complete 1700 hours of service from September 2026 to August 2027, working with local host organizations to expand digital inclusion and workforce opportunities.

Selected members receive a $33,000 living stipend, a Segal Education Award of $7,395, healthcare and childcare benefits, and fully funded travel and trainings, with

Qualifications

• Be a US citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 17 years of age or older by the start of service.
• Have not already served four AmeriCorps State/National terms.

Responsabilités

• Work with a local host organization to support initiatives tailored to their vision, such as digital access, broadband expansion, and workforce development.
• Engage with local leaders and neighbors to identify opportunities for connection and collaboration.
• Conduct research, outreach, and training to support community-driven projects.
• Build critical talent pipelines by assisting in project management and partnership building.
