Lead For America’s American Connection Corps is recruiting a diverse pool of candidates to serve in locally rooted organizations across the United States. ACC Members work full‑time and in‑person, gaining hands‑on experience, on‑the‑job training, and pathways into community development and digital inclusion.

• Be a US Citizen, National, or Lawful Permanent Resident.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 17 years of age or older by the start of service.
• Have not already served four AmeriCorps terms.

Responsibilities

• Work with local host organizations on digital access, broadband expansion, and workforce development initiatives.
• Engage with local leaders and neighbors to identify opportunities for connection and collaboration.
• Conduct research, outreach, and trainings to support community‑driven projects.
• Build talent pipelines by assisting in project management and partnership building.
