Job summary

The American Connection Corps (ACC) is a service fellowship program placing mission‑driven individuals in locally rooted host organizations to expand digital access and workforce opportunities across communities. ACC emphasizes in‑person, full‑time service and builds talent pools aligned with participants' skills and location preferences.

As an ACC Member you will gain hands‑on experience, receive on‑the‑job training, and contribute to broadband expansion, digital inclusion, and education

Qualifications

• Be a US citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
• 17 years of age or older by start of service.
• Commitment to community development and digital inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support local host organizations on digital access and workforce development initiatives.
• Engage with leaders and neighbors to identify opportunities for connection.
• Conduct outreach, research, and training to support community projects.
• Assist in project management and partnership building.
