Job summary

Lead For America is seeking dedicated individuals for the American Connection Corps, a full-time service fellowship in the U.S. starting from September 2026 to August 2027. Members will gain on-the-job training while tackling community challenges related to digital access, broadband expansion, and workforce development.

Eligible candidates must be U.S. Citizens or permanent residents, hold a high school diploma, and be at least 17 years old. A $33,000 living stipend and other benefits, including a Segal Education Award, are offered during the service.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, National, or Lawful Permanent Resident.
• Must be 17 years of age or older by the start of service.
• Must not have already served four or more AmeriCorps terms.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives for digital access and broadband expansion.
• Engage with local leaders to identify collaboration opportunities.
• Conduct outreach and training for community projects.
