Job summary

American Connection Corps (ACC) is building a pool of mission-driven individuals to serve in locally rooted organizations tackling community challenges across the U.S. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, on‑the‑job training, and opportunities to advance in your hometown.

Roles are full‑time and in person, with a focus on digital access, financial inclusion, and workforce development. Eligible candidates are U.S.

Qualifications

• Be a U.S. Citizen, National, or Lawful Permanent Resident.
• Be 17 years of age or older by start of service.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Not have completed four AmeriCorps terms.

Responsibilities

• Work with local host organizations to support digital inclusion initiatives tailored to their community.
• Engage with local leaders and neighbors to identify opportunities for connection and collaboration.
• Conduct outreach, and training to support community‑driven projects.
• Build talent pipelines by assisting in project management and partnership building.
