Responsibilities

• Provides nourishing food to residents, guests, and employees under sanitary conditions.
• Works with cook and Dietary Manager to implement changes as required.
• Assures that all dietary procedures are followed per established policies.
• Maintains good work rapport with inter-department personnel to ensure food service is meeting residents' needs.
• Serves meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Maintains inventory and stock of supplies for food service.
