Job summary

Antelope Valley Care Center is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide (Full-Time) to join our kitchen team. You will learn the routine, set up meal trays, assist with serving meals, and help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read procedures and follow recipes, and a food handler certificate. You will work under the Cook and Dietary Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient meal service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Operate dishwasher and manage dishwashing cycles.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep, mop kitchen, and maintain sanitary work areas.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwasher.
• Support cook and dietary supervisor as needed.
