Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required.
• AZ Special Education teaching certificate required.
• Arizona Early Childhood teaching certification required.
• Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmentally appropriate instruction based on individual needs.
• Develop and monitor individualized educational goals and progress.
• Create a structured, engaging classroom promoting independence and readiness.
• Collaborate with related service providers and school staff.
• Document student progress and maintain required compliance paperwork.
• Communicate regularly with families and participate in planning meetings.
• Supervise paraprofessionals and support staff as assigned.
