Responsibilities

• Designs individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student.
• Utilizes adaptive devices/technology to access curriculum.
• Collaborates with staff to plan lessons and interventions.
• Serves as case manager for assigned students.
• Prepares and evaluates IEPs, including transition and behavior plans.
• Uses assessment tools to monitor student progress.
• Plans social skills and community-based instruction as needed.
• Identifies and modifies instructional resources for diverse learners.
• Maintains appropriate records and reports for agencies.
