Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and patient communications.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix for multiple providers.
• File patient insurance claims and follow up on benefits.
• Post insurance and patient payments; manage accounts receivable.
• Assist team with treatment plan discussions and payment options.
