Copper Ridge Nursing & Assisted Living Center is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to serve as the Delegating Nurse. This role oversees delegated medication administration and supervises medication staff in compliance with COMAR 10.27.11.

Responsibilities include 45-day site visits and resident assessments, supervising competency of medication assistants, and evaluating task complexity and supervision frequency.

Formación

• Must be a Maryland-licensed RN
• Experience in assisted living or medication delegation preferred

Responsabilidades

• Perform 45-day initial and follow-up assessments for residents.
• Assess the clinical status of residents at 45-day intervals.
• Assess the competency of medication assistants during the 45-day site visit.
• Evaluate the task to be delegated for complexity.
• Assess the environment where the task will be performed.
• Determine instruction and frequency of supervision needed to monitor the caregiver.
