Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain ability to determine status of an order.
• Follow special instructions for individual orders.
• Receive shipments, log into inventory, maintain inventory.
• Report quality issues to the appropriate person.
• Communicate positively with supervisors and customers.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Assist in keeping facility clean and operating efficiently.
• Process returns accurately.
• Assist in counter sales as needed.
• Present a neat and professional image.
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems.
