Job summary

Wurth Industry North America is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Columbus, OH to perform receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, verify quantities, and ensure accurate labeling for shipment while upholding safety and quality.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 80 pounds, and use warehouse software. SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 1-2 years of material handling, forklift or warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift, rider reach truck, stock picker or hand truck; forklift certification required.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software and/or Integrated Logistics Solutions a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team or alone.
• Able to read and comprehend documents such as training instructions and shipping tickets at a fast pace.
• Lifting up to 80 pounds, frequent 40-60 pounds; stand/walk 8–10 hours daily.
• Experience with RIF Scanner to track inventory preferred; basic computer knowledge; SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping.
• Receive, unload, and visually verify parts and incoming freight; verify stock quantities.
• Prioritize and fill orders using warehouse equipment; ensure correct labeling and packaging.
• Verify shipping orders match slips and load packages; communicate issues like damages or shortages.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• All other duties as assigned.
