Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a warehouse team member in Groveport, OH, to receive, pick, pack, and ship products. The role supports efficient product flow from receipt to shipment, with training provided onsite and potential certification for material handling equipment.

The position offers a starting pay of $20.10 per hour, with benefits and a full-time schedule in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20–30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English required for reading/writing documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurate picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks; maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack, etc.).
