Job summary

Baptist Health is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Baptist Medical Center South to supervise nursing staff on shift and coordinate patient care. The RN will collaborate across teams, provide guidance on patient care, and may assume additional duties within the scope of the role as needed.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, planning, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in planning and delivering patient care.
• Handle additional duties within the scope of the role as assigned.
