Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an experienced RN to supervise nursing staff on the Night shift at Baptist Medical Center East. You will coordinate patient care, rely on the nursing process for assessments, planning and interventions, and collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to ensure quality and continuity of care.

Degree in Nursing is required; BSN preferred. Active RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be needed depending on unit.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays, to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, planning of care, and performance of interventions.
