Job summary

Baptist Medical Center East is seeking a Registered Nurse for the third shift on a full-time basis. The RN will supervise nursing staff on the night shift and coordinate care to ensure quality and continuity for patients.

Collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team is essential to plan and implement patient care. Required is a nursing degree with active RN licensure and BLS; ACLS, PALS, NRP or TNCC may be needed depending on the unit area.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active RN licensure is required; BLS is required.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC or other certifications may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise nursing personnel on shift, including nights and weekends.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to plan and implement patient care.
• Ensure quality and continuity of patient care and adherence to nursing processes.
