Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license required.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification required or must be obtained within Hillcrest’s established timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical nursing care to residents and guests.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor conditions and communicate changes promptly to the team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Support admissions, transitions, and changes in care needs.
