Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE, seeks compassionate Night Nurses (RN/LPN) for full-time overnight shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with every-other-weekend rotation. You will deliver hands-on clinical care, manage medications, and ensure a safe, respectful overnight environment.

Ideal candidates are focused, organized, and capable of independent work while supporting a collaborative team. Nebraska RN/LPN licensure and CPR/BLS are required, with opportunities for clinical growth

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required or obtained within Hillcrest’s timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical care to residents overnight.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition during the night.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the care team.
• Document accurately and timely in electronic records.
• Support team members and provide clinical guidance during the shift.
