Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE is seeking a Full-Time Night Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our overnight team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe, calm night.

This role requires an accredited nursing degree and Nebraska RN or LPN licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to work independently while supporting colleagues.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license is required.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required or must be obtained within Hillcrest’s timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care and support for residents and guests.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond to changes appropriately.
• Document accurately and on time in electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the care team.
• Provide clinical direction and support to team members during the shift.
• Support an orderly, safe, and calm overnight environment.
