Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE, is seeking a compassionate Evening Nurse Tech to join our caring team. You will work closely with nurses to provide hands-on care and support for residents during the busy evening shift.

Ideal candidates hold Nebraska CNA certification and Nursing Assistant training, with a focus on safety, communication, and reliable attendance. Part-time evenings with every-other-weekend rotations offer meaningful, resident-centered care in a supportive setting.

Formación

• Nebraska CNA certification required.
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant course required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, long-term care, or related setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality personal care and daily living support for residents and guests.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility.
• Support meals, dining, hydration, and evening routines.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility as needed.
• Respond to call lights and requests for assistance.
• Follow individualized care plans and document accurately and timely.
• Support bedtime routines and help residents settle in for the night.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and care procedures.
• Build positive relationships with residents, guests, families, and team members.
• Help wherever needed to keep the evening running smoothly.
