The Day Porter will perform cleaning tasks across interior and exterior areas, restrooms, windows, and common spaces, while reporting maintenance needs to a supervisor.

The role pays $18.47 per hour and offers a consistent day shift with weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Pick up trash and empty receptacles.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas.
• Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills.
• Remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti.
• Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor.
• Always use required safety equipment.
