LOT Commercial Property Services is hiring a Day Porter in San Diego. The role covers keeping properties clean, greeting visitors, and staying on-site Monday through Saturday mornings. The position offers weekly pay and a pathway to growth within a fast-growing company.

Requirements include strong English or Spanish communication, reliability, and a willingness to work outdoors. Prior janitorial or porter experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in English or Spanish (written and verbal).
• Able to use a mobile device regularly for timekeeping and document review.
• Enjoys providing friendly customer service.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Physically active and on your feet outdoors.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or porter work is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Pick up trash and empty receptacles.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas.
• Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills.
• Remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti.
• Walk the property to inspect cleanliness.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to supervisor.
• Use safety equipment as required.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 10:00 am

Pay: $17.75 per hour | Paid Weekly

What You’ll Do

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day
• Pick up trash and empty receptacles

Physical Requirements

• On your feet throughout the shift
• Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Walking stairs and large properties regularly
