Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter in Denver to maintain common areas of office buildings and other properties in a clean and orderly condition. The role includes spot cleaning, vacuuming, restrooms, lobby policing, and reporting issues to the Management Office.

The position offers full-time hours in Denver with responsibilities that support building engineers and align with safety protocols. DailyPay is available for immediate pay on work completed.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls and tops twice daily.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby and carpeted floors; dust mop as needed.
• Sweep entrances, stairwells, and landings.
• Report lights, solicitors, and hazards to Management Office.
• Policing of lobby to maintain cleanliness during high-traffic times.
