Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Denver is seeking a detail-oriented janitorial associate to maintain lobby areas, restrooms, and common spaces. You will perform routine cleaning tasks across multiple floor levels, report maintenance needs, and follow safety guidelines.

The role requires punctuality, dependability, and the ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced building environment. You will support the building Engineer and collaborate with a team of cleaning professionals.

Qualifications

• Requires punctuality and reliability in a fast-paced facility environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report issues to management.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up any trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily.
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors and main lobby call buttons.
• Assist building Engineer daily per Management discretion.
