Job summary

CCS Facility Services is hiring a part-time Day Porter in Denver to maintain the cleanliness of common areas in office buildings and other facilities. Responsibilities include spot cleaning lobby glass, polishing chrome, vacuuming elevator cabs, and ensuring restrooms are clean twice daily, among other duties.

Candidates should be punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious, with the ability to follow directions and report safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash.
• Clean restrooms twice daily.
• Sweep building entrances and remove debris from landscaped areas as needed.
