Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Denver, CO seeks a reliable Day Porter to maintain common areas of office buildings and other facilities. You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and promptly report maintenance needs.

Responsibilities include spot cleaning lobby glass doors, polishing chrome, vacuuming elevator cabs, cleaning restrooms, sweeping entrances, and assisting the building engineer as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role with DailyPay benefits.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors
• Polish chrome on lobby doors
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash
• Clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles
• Check restrooms twice daily
• Vacuum lobby daily or as needed
• Sweep stairwells and landings as needed
• Remove debris from landscaped areas as needed
• Sweep building entrances
• Clean smudges and marks on walls, doors, and wall coverings
• Report lights out to Management, report solicitors to Management
• Policing lobby to keep floors/planters free of paper and debris during high-traffic times
• Empty trash receptacles, vacuum carpeted floors, dust mop lobby floors twice daily
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors and main lobby call buttons
• Assist building Engineer daily per Management discretion
