Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is seeking a Full-time Customer Service Representative to be the voice of the brand and deliver top-tier service across multiple locations in the tri-state area. You’ll respond to inquiries, coordinate with technicians, and help schedule estimates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
• 0-3 years in a heavy volume customer service role preferred.
• Must have computer skills (email, Microsoft apps); tablet experience a plus.
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day after probation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.
• Deal directly with customers either by phone or electronically.
• Become proficient with software - Service Titan, Trello, SendHub, Google Mail, Dialpad (training provided).
• Respond to and resolve customer issues.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Dispatch Technicians.
• Schedule door estimates.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, problem solving and documentation skills.
• Manage business reviews both orally and electronically via internal and external channels.
• Ensure timely arrival to work to facilitate calls.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Willingness to cross-train in other areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
• $20.00-$25.00/ hourly depending on experience.

Full-time Customer Service Representative Description

Full-time Customer Service Representative Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college a plus
• 0-3 years in a previous, heavy volume customer service role preferred
• Must have relevant computer skills (e‑mail, Microsoft applications); proficient in using a tablet is a plus
• Must demonstrate proficient phone skills and attention to detail
• Must be available to work at least one of the weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) after probationary period is over
