Job summary

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our brand. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with technicians, and manage schedules for door estimates while using Service Titan and other tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college is a plus.
• 1–3 years in a heavy volume customer service role preferred.
• Proficient with e-mail and Microsoft applications; tablet proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone or electronically to address inquiries and requests.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Dispatch technicians and schedule door estimates; coordinate with internal teams.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, problem solving and documentation skills.
• Maintain timely arrival to work and participate in ongoing training.
• Cross-train in other areas as assigned.
