Job summary

2ULaundry, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Laundry Attendant for our busy laundromat. You will greet customers, answer questions, troubleshoot machines, and assist with wash, dry, and fold for drop-off orders.

This front-of-house role requires a friendly attitude, basic English, and the ability to stand 6-8 hours. The schedule includes weekends and weekday shifts; weekly pay and 401(k) eligibility are available.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience working in a laundromat is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to problem solve.
• Ability to stand for 6-8 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Troubleshoot issues with our machines and guide customers.
• Sell laundry supplies and cover the front desk to stay welcoming.
• Wash, dry, and fold orders according to the 2ULaundry process.

Current Shift Need:

Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday (7:00a-03:00p)

Monday & Tuesday (1p-11p)

This position will be located at 5618 Albermarle Road (Suite 700) in Charlotte.

As a Laundry Attendant, you must have a passion for customer service and love helping people. You will greet customers coming in, answer their questions, and help troubleshoot any problems that may arise with our machines. You will also learn the ins-and-outs of our Wash, Dry, Fold laundry process.

What you'll do as a Laundry Attendant (Front of House Duties):

• Greet our English and Spanish speaking customers and guests. Being bilingual is preferred, but not required.
• Become a laundromat expert who is able to troubleshoot any issues with our machines
• Sell laundry supplies and cover the front desk to keep our laundromat clean and welcoming
• Wash, dry, and fold the 2ULaundry way for any drop off customer orders
