Job summary

Peltier Subaru in Tyler, TX is seeking an Express Technician / Service Videographer to join our Service Department. This role blends automotive service with customer communication, recording personalized video updates after service to help customers understand what was done.

You’ll work with our Express Service team, explain maintenance clearly, point out future needs, and help build a transparent, friendly service experience.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn about automotive maintenance.
• Ability to explain maintenance in simple terms.
• Willing to train in Subaru service intervals.

Responsibilities

• Record personalized walk-around videos after service.
• Explain what maintenance was completed in clear terms.
• Point out areas that may need attention now or later.
• Assist express service with accurate recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
