Base pay range

$17.74/hr - $17.74/hr

Job Summary

This position is part of the Operations Department, reporting directly to the Operations leader in the assigned building, and indirectly to the Building Administration for daily instructions. The role supports the educational process by maintaining the district's buildings in operational excellence through housekeeping, groundskeeping, and basic repairs. The position may require working across multiple buildings.

Essential Job Functions
  • Contribute to the district's strategic plan, mission, and departmental goals.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team and Building Administrator to maintain a safe, sanitary, and functional environment.
  • Perform custodial and groundskeeping tasks as scheduled, including seasonal duties.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning and grounds equipment properly.
  • Keep accurate records related to payroll, equipment, and shift logs.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by following procedures and regulations.
  • Travel between buildings as required during shifts.
  • Maintain and store tools, equipment, and supplies properly.
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
  • Interact positively with co-workers, supervisors, and customers.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
