Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in culinary program from an accredited institution.
• ACF certification as Sous Chef or higher, with supervisory experience.
• NRAEF ServSafe Manager certification; Ohio health standards knowledge.
• First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Teach lectures and labs in culinary arts, nutrition, and hospitality.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation procedures and kitchen operations.
• Demonstrate menu development, baking, pastry and international cuisines.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate students in food production settings.
• Collaborate with department chair and staff to manage labs and budgets.
