Job summary

Malvern Treatment Centers seeks a full-time Creative Arts Therapist to join our Philadelphia facility. The role focuses on delivering creative arts therapies, assessing patients, and coordinating family work as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a human services field with a Creative Arts specialty and at least 2 years of mental health experience. Inpatient experience preferred; LPC or CRT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field with a Creative Arts specialty (art, music, dance, or recreation therapy).

Responsibilities

• Provide quality creative arts and psychotherapeutic treatment services to patients and families.
• Perform assessments, group treatment, milieu management, and family work as needed.
• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
