Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a 1st shift full-time Courier Driver in Oakwood, OH. Starting pay is $17.55 per hour with potential to rise to $18.80 after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance.

Responsibilities include driving a scheduled route, loading/unloading, and ensuring safety and vehicle maintenance. Must be 21+, with 5+ years of driving experience and a valid license, able to lift up to 40 pounds and move loads up to 150 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must have 5 or more years of driving experience and be able to safely drive in adverse weather conditions.
• Must be able to routinely lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds and move loads up to 150 pounds.
• Must be able to walk up and down steps and pathways affected by weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Driving a scheduled pickup and delivery route across Cooper Farms locations.
• Loading and unloading Cooper Farms vehicles at destinations.
• Follow state/local traffic laws and Cooper Farms driving guidelines.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspection checks and report maintenance issues promptly.
