Job summary

Cooper Farms in Fort Recovery, Ohio, seeks a 2nd shift Feed Delivery Driver to join our CDL team. The starting hourly rate is $25.80 with a potential increase to $26.30 after 90 days, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid as $500 monthly for six months.

Shift hours are Monday through Friday, 3:30pm-2:00am, with monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses. Training is provided; duties include delivering feed, truck disinfection, and DOT-compliant inspections.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and lift/load as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver feed as scheduled to customers.
• Disinfect trucks and wear biosecurity attire.
• Complete daily tractor/trailer inspections and logs.
• Maintain truck cleanliness per DOT inspections.
