Job summary

Cooper Farms in Fort Recovery, OH is seeking a 2nd shift Feed Delivery Driver to join our CDL team at the North Mill. You will deliver feed to contracted farms, inspect trucks, and maintain biosecurity protocols.

Starting pay is $25.80 per hour with potential raise after 90 days, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid monthly, and monthly/year-end profit-sharing bonuses. Shift hours are Monday through Friday, 3:30pm–2:00am.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and have a Class A CDL.
• Must have 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Ability to tolerate adverse weather and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all feed as scheduled to farms.
• Disinfect trucks and wear proper biosecurity attire.
• Perform daily tractor/trailer inspections and complete logs.
• Maintain cleanliness per DOT inspections and report maintenance.
