Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. They live on-campus, care for 8–13 students in a family-like setting, guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, accompanying students to activities and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Initial schedule is nine-on, three-off, with transition to a placed home.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Plan and participate in activities with students and drive them to events.
• Lead devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
