Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, hiring Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care and guidance to 8–13 students, with a nine-on/three-off schedule and a transition to a placed houseparent role.

Responsibilities include supervision, routines, medications, driving, devotions, and budgeting. Employment offers salary per person with full benefits and housing on campus.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning engaging developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
