Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a devoted couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role lives on-campus, guiding 8-13 students and shaping a family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.

The two-person position requires long-term commitment, marriage of at least two years, and both spouses aged 27+. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, organizing activities, and ensuring student well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
