Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. The role includes supervising 8–13 students, managing daily routines and activities, and providing mentorship to support students' academic, emotional, and social development.

The position requires the two-person couple to live on campus, with nine days on duty followed by three days off, and transition to a placed houseparent role after orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students in the home.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Coordinate transportation and plan activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
